Tyler's Christmas Party: addressing the tweet, lost competition, etc

Soon after the streaming started, Tyler took off his ears and hat, and addressed the elephant in the room. He acknowledged that what he tweeted hurt people and it was immature of him to do it. He also addressed people who were sending out threats to him and his family and hoped them to stop.
“A few months ago, I tweeted out a tweet that was kind of poking fun at using your platform, and I want to take the opportunity, the moment, to apologize and to say that I’m sorry, and it was wrong,” Joseph says. “I shouldn’t have done it. I see now how it could have hurt some people, and it did hurt people. You can even ask my parents. Ever since I was little, it’s always been a little tough for me to admit when I’m wrong, and this is me admitting that I was wrong. I wish I could take it back, but I can’t, and I’m truly sorry.”

Joseph went on to introduced that he funded a non-profit project after his experience as counselor "at a sports camp for inner-city kids" after high school graduation. The project "selects kids to be part of a camp at Ohio State University’s facilities" so that they have the potential to be have a sports career later on. He concluded that he is "an advocate for, an ally of and a supporter of Black lives in ways that you may never know".
After that, gaming starts and lasted for three hours. Debby Ryan, Rosie and Jenna appeared. And Josh showed himself on the camera, making it clear he is at Tyler's place.
Despite losing the game, the livestreamed funded $36,000 for Make-A-Wish Foundation. Shortly before 9 p.m. E.T., the band premiered their new Christmas song "Christmas Saves The Year".
